Arrival Instructions

  1. Arrive Early

    • Doors open at 2:00 PM, allow yourself enough time to park, enter the venue, and complete

      check-in.

    • Please bring your charged cell phone and a pen.

  2. Parking Information

    • Parking is available in multiple lots around Alcovy High School. Refer to the map below for specific parking areas:

      • Lot A (Front Left of School)
        Closest entry: Front Entrance (1)

      • Lot B (Rear Left of School)
        Closest entry: Rear Entrance (2)

      • Lot C (Right Side of School)
        Closest entry: Rear Entrance (2)

      • Lot D & E (Front Center & Front Right of School)
        Closest entry: Front Entrance (1)

    • Handicapped parking is designated in the blue-marked areas near the Front Entrance (1).

  3. Traffic Flow

    • Follow the green arrows on the map to maintain the direction of traffic flow. Look out for directional signage and event staff for guidance.

4. Entry Guidelines

  • Use the Front Entrance (1) or Rear Entrance (2) based on your parking location.

  • Business attire is mandatory for participation.
